Through the montage of spaces that are ambiguously permeable to exterior conditions, architecture will become resilient. By flattening together the contextual layers that have developed inside the city fabric as a response to time, architecture can incorporate the techniques that have emerged, creating spaces that are both resilient, as changes in the external environment conditions can be accommodated, and timeless as the built form will perdure change.
