"Mono Environments" exhibited at USC, January 2014
"Mono Environments" is design research on the use of ephemeral ornament (colored-light shadows) to generate a singular spatial aesthetic. Eighteen light patterned environments were created using physical models with custom cut theatrical gels to filter sunlight onto interior walls and floors; these temporary environments were documented with photographs and drawings (work completed as Artist in Residence at the MacDowell Colony 2013 - 2014).
