—Target audience (current students, recent graduates, alumni)

—A list of qualifications and expectations for the position

—Specific salary figures, or a range based on experience

—For internships, clearly state if it is a paid or unpaid opportunity

—Clear requirements for applying (what documents to submit, whom to submit them to, etc.)
