Brooks + Scarpa project featured in Architectural Record

 

Pico Place, an affordable housing project designed by USC faculty Larry Scarpa and his firm Brooks + Scarpa, is featured in Architectural Record this month. The 32-unit affordable housing complex is LEED Platinum-certified and is located in Santa Monica, less than a mile from Brooks + Scarpa’s Colorado Court built in 2002 and the first multi-family project in the country to receive a LEED rating.
