Architects of Air: Exxopolis

Architects of Air: Exxopolis

The Music Center and Grand Park are presenting Architects of Air: Exxopolis

Exxopolis is an  interactive walk-in sculpture and that allows you to immerse yourself in a luminous world of light, color and sound. As the opening event of The Music Center’s World City season, Exxopolis embraces the city’s many diverse communities and traditions through performances of Random Acts of World Culture. While exploring a dazzling maze of winding paths and soaring domes, encounter performances including a Brazilian berimbau, Japanese shakuhachi, Middle Eastern oud and many more. To get a sense of the structure as it inflates and what it will be like inside of it we invite you to take a look at the video linked here:

The event will take place over two weekends. This is a great chance for incoming and returning students to explore Bunker Hill and get to know the surrounding neighborhoods of USC as well as partake in a fun outing.  It would also be a fun way for your students to see a different sort of architecture.
