The USC School of Architecture Alumni Association will be partnering with A Place Called Home (APCH) for this year's USC Day of SCervice on Saturday, March 10. We partnered with APCH last year planting vegetables in their harvest garden and will return this year to assist in painting the family room space of their community center. Volunteers should wear clothes they are comfortable painting in, along with sturdy shoes. Children ages 14 and up are welcome to participate. All volunteers will be required to sign a waiver. About USC Alumni Day of SCervice: Each year, thousands of Trojans gather across the globe to make a difference in their communities. The USC Alumni Day of SCervice is an opportunity for all alumni and friends to participate in local service volunteer projects organized by our USC alumni clubs, chapters and other affiliated groups worldwide. About A Place Called Home: A Place Called Home is a safe haven in Los Angeles where underserved youth are empowered to take ownership of the quality and direction of their lives through programs in education, arts, and well-being and are inspired to make a meaningful difference in their community and the world.
