Professor Falletta is currently Co-President of the BELLfalletta Group, a Limited Liability Company working to design and develop a portfolio of multi-family residential projects offering middle-income singles and families access to quality urban living in central Los Angeles. The company is currently focusing on rehabilitating existing properties which can be re-positioned in the marketplace via good design, quality landscaping and community space. Professor Falletta has taught architecture studios at SCI-Arc, UCLA and Iowa State University and currently teaches Design History and Criticism in USC’s Real Estate Development program.
