Michael Chung Adjunct Assistant Professor

Professor Chung is co-founder and managing partner of the design think tank Lettuce.  A process-driven practice, Lettuce addresses design as an overt inquiry of process at multiple scales and media. Active projects include high-end residences and commercial spaces, a furniture line, and motion graphics for the film and music industry.  Prior to his move to Los Angeles, Prof. Chung was teaching at the Yale School of Architecture while working for Cesar Pelli and Associates. While in New Haven, Prof. Chung designed projects from Bilbao, Spain to Washington D.C. and was a founding member of the product design collective The Haven Project.  He currently teaches 2nd year design studio.
