Raul M. Lopez is the Facilities Coordinator for the USC School of Architecture. In this role he is responsible for managing the coordination of the facilities shop, including management of supplies, scheduling, maintenance, budget, and student workers that are hired to assist and/or train in their assigned areas. He works in tandem with the woodshop, 3D fabrication and IT Services departments to meet all of the school of Architecure's programming needs.
Raul comes to us after more than seven years with Rios Clementi Hale Studios where he served in a number of capacities, including-but not limited to-facilities manager. In his role, he liaised with vendors; strategized, planned, and implemented special projects; and coordinated a myriad of logistical changes and spatial improvements.
Prior to his employment at Rios Clementi Hale Studios, Raul worked for J&V Electric in Glendale and Mellon 1st Business Bank in Los Angeles.
His prior experience has transitioned well in his support to the USC School of Architecture.
