-Request vendor quotes, create proposals, invoices, purchase orders
-Scheduling, tracking, supervising installations
-Office errands (pick-ups/deliveries, ordering samples)
-Organize office (materials, client files, receipts, etc).
-Track employee time and expenses
-Assist in managing incoming and out going calls, processing of documents, forms, etc.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
-Proficient in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
-Ability to be flexible and adaptable
-Strong leadership skills and ability to act independently
-Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
-Capable of handling multiple projects consistently
