The Terra-Petra Waterproofing Division provides full scope building envelope consulting, design, testing and inspection services to our clients in major regions throughout the US. This division of our company is growing extremely quickly and offers numerous opportunities for individuals to learn, grow and develop their skills in the highly technical world of waterproofing. 


We are seeking qualified individuals with an understanding of architecture, design and building construction to assist our waterproofing experts in reviewing building enclosure systems to ensure systems are properly designed to perform as specified. A well-designed enclosure provides reliable and durable barriers to control water, air, moisture, and heat flow. Additionally, the enclosure plays an important role in energy efficiency through its interaction with the outside environment and the building’s heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. We are currently working on a variety of projects ranging from new construction starting at the Design Development Phase to the renovation of historic buildings which will allow candidates to continue to learn and grow.


The responsibilities of this position will include critical thinking and problem solving. Individuals will prepare details and complete elementary to complex architectural assignments in CAD. Inspects structures and waterproofing systems in the field. Seeking individuals with charisma and an outgoing personality to attend meetings at various offices throughout So Cal. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.
Requires a bachelor's degree of architecture. Individuals will report to our Vice President and Senior Waterproofing Consultants. Looking for individuals with 0-4 years of related experience.


We will provide on the job training for individuals to better understand the components that make up the building enclosure systems which include below-grade and deck waterproofing, exterior walls, fenestration, and roofing systems. The training will include a mix of office and hands-on field work. There will also be opportunities to participate in Quality Assurance Field Testing in accordance with ASTM and AAMA standards. 

Requires a bachelor's degree of architecture
0-4 years experience in construction
